Enter your Gmail account details in the account login page. See screen shot below;

If your details are correct, you will be taking to Google Analytics Dashboard. A seen in the screen shot below;

Click on admin, the link circled with red. Under accounts click the drop down arrow and click on Create New Account. See screen shot below;

Enter your website name, URL and other details. Click on Get Tracking ID and paste it in your site.
