How to setup and make money from bulk sms

Today i want to help by writing this post which has been on request for so long by my followers on Twitter and Linkedin. This post will help you so much in building and managing your Bulk SMS portal in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
   To have your own bulk sms portal requires money and some technical skills only on the designing stage, But a lot of bulk sms resellers in Nigeria offer easy setup for people who want to have there own Bulk-sms portal but don't have the skills required to build one( You pay them to work for you)...

   I now will be sharing easy setup guide for getting your own bulk sms portal without any technical or web designing skill...

To setup a bulk sms portal your need some things that will help you build it... First you need a:

DOMAIN NAME: This is usually a web address like (www.trustsend.com) (www.yourname.com) its where people will find your sms portal, once they type the name in there browser address bar they will land on your portal,and i suggest you register one with WHOGOHOST  its more secured to register with them as they have easy payment options powered by WHMCS.

WEB HOST: First a domain name, but a domain name without a host is like a car without an engine, Get a web-host with one of the trusted hosting companies, I suggest WHOGOHOST, Hosting is a place where all your web properties are kepts and its accessed with your domain name, Without a host, domain names are somewhat useless..

SMS COMPONENT: Now you need to buy the bulk sms component from the owners with your ATM card, This component will enable you send sms and do other stuffs on your sms portal, without it, your portal won't works

Buy it here (www.smsportalcreator.com) click on BUY SPC and i suggest your buy version 3 or 4 do not buy version 2 its outdated.....

 After a sucessful purchase of SMSPORTALCREATOR licence key, you will recieve the key in the email address you entered when buying the component a link to download the component....

INSTALLATION: Goto the Control Panel of your new website otherwise called Cpanel,  You can visit it by typing the following address on your web browser "http://yoursitename.com/cpanel", (change yoursitename to your domain name, [eg] if your domain name is trustsend.com goto "http://trustsend.com/cpanel") it will open like this:

Enter your Cpanel user name and password, NB: this username and password is included in the email sent to you after you completed your hosting with your host provider, Check your mail and use the details...

Once you are logged in, you will see a dialogue box asking you to watch tutorial getting started videos,On it click "No, Am fine, Thanks" then scroll to the bottom of the page,   You will see a tab named softaculous, Click on Joomla2.5.

Follow the instruction to install joomla

Now click Install and wait to complete.....Congrats you have done the most difficult task.....

Now close the Install window and goto Yoursitename.com/administrator ,  login with the user name and password you entered when Installing Joomla 2.5   and you will enter your administration Home page. On the top drop-down menu, Place your mouse pointer on EXTENSIONS and click on EXTENSION MANAGER in the drop-list menu...

In Upload Package File, Click Browse and find the component you downloaded from SMSPORTALCREATOR.COM and click on it and click open, After that click Upload and Install then wait for the Upload to complete... Congrats you have done another great task...

Finally Create a menu for your website and select spc menu as menu item then save.. goto yoursite.com and open spc from there, enter the licence key you recieved and click register.. thats all your portal is ready....
